Privacy notice

This is a draft of the Kibbles privacy notice (version draft-1). The final notice, including the name and contact of our data protection officer, will replace it before Kibbles opens to the public.

What we collect

Your email, password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider), mobile number for SMS alerts, your business details and documents, and the lists, bids and orders you make on Kibbles.

How your lists are shared

When a pet shop posts an order list, verified and pending suppliers in its market see the list, the area and the shop's size, without the shop's name, address or contact. A supplier sees those only after it accepts an award from that shop.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to delete your account.
